<p>Das Bindegewebsnetzwerk verbindet Knochen, Muskeln, Sehnen und Organe. Durch falsche oder zu viel Belastung, Fehlhaltungen bei Arbeit und im Alltag, Bewegungsmangel oder extremen Sport verkleben oder verdrehen sich die Faszien und die Muskulatur verhärtet sich.</p>
<p>Mögliche Folgen sind: Gelenk- oder Rückenschmerzen, Verspannungen, Taubheitsgefühl oder ein eingeschränkter Bewegungsspielraum.</p>

<p>69 Prozent der Deutschen leiden unter Rückenschmerzen,12 Prozent davon sogar täglich. Ursachen dafür können sein: zu viel Sitzen, Bewegungsmangel, Übergewicht, Fehlbelastungen, schwere körperliche Arbeit und vieles mehr.<br />
