<p><strong>Carry (Indoor Training)</strong></p>
<p>Bei Carry trägst Du Dein Baby während des Ausdauertrainings in einer ergonomischen Tragehilfe vor Deinem Bauch oder auf dem Rücken. Dies unterstützt nicht nur die Bindung zwischen Mama und Baby, sondern wirkt zusätzlich sehr beruhigend, so dass die meisten Babys trotz Musik friedlich einschlafen. Ältere Kinder oder Babys, die nicht mehr in die Trage möchten, können auf einer Krabbeldecke neue Spielsachen und andere Kinder entdecken. Mit der Bewegung kannst Du Dein Gewicht schnell reduzieren und Deinen Körper straffen. Durch das Beckenbodentraining kannst Du Deine Rückbildung optimal unterstützen und Deine Körpermitte stärken. Auch das Rückentraining darf nicht fehlen. Denn ein starker Rücken und ein belastbarer Beckenboden sind wichtig für eine perfekte Stabilität Deines Körpers. Das Beste ist, Dein Baby hat eine Menge Spaß, da es nicht nur dabei ist, sondern auch integriert wird.</p>

<p>Durch das Auf- und Absteigen vom Stepper trainierst Du Deine <strong>Gesäß- und Beinmuskulatur</strong>. Auch die Arme werden bei dieser Form der Aerobic vermehrt eingebracht und dadurch trainiert. Die fließenden, natürlichen Bewegungsabläufe schonen Deine Gelenke und <strong>stärken Dein Herz-Kreislauf-System</strong>.</p>
<p>Die Belastung des Trainings kann durch die Höhe des Steppers verändert werden. Je höher der Stepper gestellt wird, desto intensiver fällt das Training aus. Durch das schnelle Auf- und Absteigen während der Choreografien wird begleitend auch der gesamte <strong>Rumpf trainiert und die Rückenmuskulatur stabilisiert</strong>.
