<p>Möchtest Du Sport machen? Nach der Schwangerschaft wieder richtig fit werden? Du findest aber keine Betreuung für Dein Baby? Oder Du möchtest Deinen kleinen Schatz immer an Deiner Seite haben? Bei unseren Programmen kann Dein Baby dabei sein – die Mami wird fit und das Baby macht mit .</p>
<p>Halte Dich an der frischen Luft fit und nutze den Kinderwagen als optimales Trainingsgerät.</p>
<p>Falls Dein Kind nicht gerne im Kinderwagen sitzt, kannst Du es natürlich auch in eine ergonomische Babytrage nehmen und ohne Kinderwagen mitmachen. Draußen macht das Training noch viel mehr Spaß und Du verbrennst Kalorien, ohne es zu merken. Auch hier beginnen wir mit der Stärkung Deines Herz-Kreislaufsystems. In der Gruppe wird beckenbodenfreundlich gewalkt und es werden Übungen zur allgemeinen Kräftigung Deines Körpers mit eingebunden. Deine Beckenboden- und Rumpfmuskulatur stehen im Mittelpunkt, um Deine Rückbildung optimal zu unterstützen und zu fördern.</p>

Während des Trainings werden teils schnelle, teils langsame Sprünge, Schritte und Kombinationen aus der traditionellen Aerobic, aber auch aus dem Kraftsport stammende Moves ausgeführt – die gute Laune kommt dabei ganz von allein.</p>

<p>Durch das Auf- und Absteigen vom Stepper trainierst Du Deine <strong>Gesäß- und Beinmuskulatur</strong>. Auch die Arme werden bei dieser Form der Aerobic vermehrt eingebracht und dadurch trainiert. Die fließenden, natürlichen Bewegungsabläufe schonen Deine Gelenke und <strong>stärken Dein Herz-Kreislauf-System</strong>.</p>
<p>Die Belastung des Trainings kann durch die Höhe des Steppers verändert werden. Je höher der Stepper gestellt wird, desto intensiver fällt das Training aus. Durch das schnelle Auf- und Absteigen während der Choreografien wird begleitend auch der gesamte <strong>Rumpf trainiert und die Rückenmuskulatur stabilisiert</strong>. <p>Du kannst die Intensität selbst bestimmen, indem Du je nach Tagesform entweder intensiver und härter oder weniger hart an Deinem Körper arbeitest, da die Übungen sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene variiert werden können.</p>
<p>Das heißt also, dass Dein ganzer Körper und Deine Ausdauer in 45 Minuten mit viel Spaß, Hintergrundmusik und variierenden Übungen gestärkt, gefestigt und in Form gebracht wird!</p>
