Wir trainieren mit der Langhantel, mit Kettlebells, dem Battlerope und vielen anderen Geräten – oder einfach mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht in einer kleinen Gruppe unter Anleitung eines Trainers. Die Übungen folgen dem natürlichen Bewegungsablauf und stärken und formen so Deinen Körper. Die Körperwahrnehmung wird gestärkt, die Koordination verbessert, die Leistungsfähigkeit gesteigert und das Verletzungsrisiko im Alltag gesenkt. Im Vordergrund steht nicht die reine Muskelkraft, sondern der gesamte muskuläre Apparat, die tiefliegenden Muskeln, die Muskelansätze sowie Sehnen und Gelenke.</p>

<p><strong>Sie bringt Deinen gesamten Körper in Schwung und stärkt mit einfachen Mitteln Deine Ausdauer und Muskulatur.</strong></p>
<p>Durch das Auf- und Absteigen vom Stepper trainierst Du Deine <strong>Gesäß- und Beinmuskulatur</strong>. Auch die Arme werden bei dieser Form der Aerobic vermehrt eingebracht und dadurch trainiert. Die fließenden, natürlichen Bewegungsabläufe schonen Deine Gelenke und <strong>stärken Dein Herz-Kreislauf-System</strong>.</p>
<p>Die Belastung des Trainings kann durch die Höhe des Steppers verändert werden. Je höher der Stepper gestellt wird, desto intensiver fällt das Training aus. Durch das schnelle Auf- und Absteigen während der Choreografien wird begleitend auch der gesamte <strong>Rumpf trainiert und die Rückenmuskulatur stabilisiert</strong>. Dieses Training steigert hervorragend die <strong>Koordination und die Kondition</strong> des Körpers. <strong>Stressabbau </strong>und eine Steigerung des emotionalen <strong>Wohlbefindens</strong> können weitere positive Effekte sein.</p>
