<p><strong>Sie bringt Deinen gesamten Körper in Schwung und stärkt mit einfachen Mitteln Deine Ausdauer und Muskulatur.</strong></p>
<p>Durch das Auf- und Absteigen vom Stepper trainierst Du Deine <strong>Gesäß- und Beinmuskulatur</strong>. Auch die Arme werden bei dieser Form der Aerobic vermehrt eingebracht und dadurch trainiert. Die fließenden, natürlichen Bewegungsabläufe schonen Deine Gelenke und <strong>stärken Dein Herz-Kreislauf-System</strong>.</p>
<p>Die Belastung des Trainings kann durch die Höhe des Steppers verändert werden. Je höher der Stepper gestellt wird, desto intensiver fällt das Training aus. Durch das schnelle Auf- und Absteigen während der Choreografien wird begleitend auch der gesamte <strong>Rumpf trainiert und die Rückenmuskulatur stabilisiert</strong>. Dieses Training steigert hervorragend die <strong>Koordination und die Kondition</strong> des Körpers. <strong>Stressabbau </strong>und eine Steigerung des emotionalen <strong>Wohlbefindens</strong> können weitere positive Effekte sein.</p>
