<p>Du kannst die Intensität selbst bestimmen, indem Du je nach Tagesform entweder intensiver und härter oder weniger hart an Deinem Körper arbeitest, da die Übungen sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene variiert werden können.</p>
<p>Das heißt also, dass Dein ganzer Körper und Deine Ausdauer in 45 Minuten mit viel Spaß, Hintergrundmusik und variierenden Übungen gestärkt, gefestigt und in Form gebracht wird!</p>
