<p>INA führt Dich in 12 Schritten zu einer gesundheitsorientierten Ernährungsweise. Du lernst Dein Ernährungsverhalten dauerhaft umzustellen, um so an Gewicht zu verlieren und dieses auch zu halten.</p>
<p>Hier gibt es keinen festen Ernährungsplan und keine Vorschriften, sondern Anregungen. Der Genuss darf natürlich nicht zu kurz kommen. Daher bekommst Du ein umfangreiches Rezeptheft, um Deine Mahlzeiten nach Deinen individuellen Vorlieben zusammenstellen zu können .</p>
<p>Gemeinsam in der Gruppe könnt ihr Euch zusätzlich mit Gleichgesinnten austauschen und so über eure Erfahrungen und Fragen sprechen. Nur die Kombination aus Sport und zielgerichteter Ernährung bringen den optimalen Erfolg.</p>

<p>Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 199€ + Projektordner (38€).</p>
<p>Der Kurs ist als „Präventionskurs“ nach §20 SGB V zertifiziert und wird von den Krankenkassen mit 80% bis 100% bezuschusst (AOK-Kooperation gilt hier nicht , die AOK bezuschusst wie bisher).</p>
