<p>Nur wenn du dich aktiv darauf einlässt, Körper und Geist bewusst zu beobachten, können die Yoga-Übungen <strong>Blockaden lösen und dauerhaft entspannend wirken</strong>.</p>
<p>Die positiven Effekte haben es allerdings in sich: Durch die bewusste Atmung wird die <strong>Durchblutung verbessert</strong> und im Alltag fällt es auf Dauer deutlich leichter, ruhig zu bleiben. Der Schlaf wird besser, der Herzschlag ruhiger – Stress hat keine Chance mehr.</p>
